Welcome to the website for the Cancer Patient Experience Survey. The survey is run by Picker Institute Europe on behalf of NHS England.
This survey allows cancer patients to give feedback on the care you have received. Your views are very important in helping us understand where care is working well and how NHS cancer services can be improved. Results from the survey will be used by the NHS to improve the experience of cancer patients at a national, regional, and local level.
The Cancer Patient Experience Survey is for patients who have received an invitation to take part. If you have received a survey in the mail, we would like to hear about your experiences of cancer care and treatment. If you would prefer to complete the survey online, you can do so by clicking on the ‘Take the survey online’ button below or scanning your personal QR code on the front of the questionnaire. You can enter your access code as it appears on your letter.
The survey should take you less than 20 minutes to complete. If you need help filling in the survey, would like to complete the survey in another language, or have any questions, please call our freephone helpline on: 0800 103 2804 or email us.
