2020 trust level breakdowns
This dashboard presents 5 years trend data. Scores at a trust level are broken down by background information variables. Drop down lists allow you to select a trust, a background variable, the specific group within that breakdown, and the question you want to look at.
When scores are shown as a percentage (Q1-Q60), this is the proportion of positive responses (in some cases combining more than one response option), excluding neutral and non-responses from the calculation. The overall experience of care question (Q61) is presented as an average of ratings given from a scale of 0 (very poor) to 10 (very good).
Scores are unadjusted and therefore do not take into account the different types of patients (with regard to demographic and clinical characteristics) at individual trusts. These scores should not be used to draw comparisons between different trusts.
