This dashboard presents 5 years trend data. Scores at a national level are broken down by background information variables. Drop down lists allow you to select a background variable, the specific group within that breakdown, and the question you want to look at.
When scores are shown as a percentage (Q1-Q60), this is the proportion of positive responses (in some cases combining more than one response option), excluding neutral and non-responses from the calculation. The overall experience of care question (Q61) is presented as an average of ratings given from a scale of 0 (very poor) to 10 (very good).
